If you’re logged into your social media account and visit our profile, the social media platform can associate this visit with your user account. Controller and Assertion of Rights

When you visit one of our social media profiles (e.g., Facebook), we share responsibility with the platform operator for the data processing triggered during that visit. You can assert your rights (access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and complaint) both against us and the respective social media operator (e.g., Facebook).

Please be aware that despite shared responsibility with social media platform operators, we do not have full control over their data processing activities. Our influence is primarily determined by the corporate policies of each provider.

Storage Duration

Data directly collected by us through our social media presence is deleted from our systems as soon as you request deletion, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions—especially retention periods—remain unaffected.
