Our experienced application engineers use advanced computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to virtually perform a large portion of component optimization. This process enables us to efficiently achieve the best possible product:
- Filling simulation
The filling simulation identifies critical mass accumulations in the design, enabling reduced material usage. This not only contributes to a mold design that is suitable for injection moulding but also protects the environment. - Shrinkage and warpage calculation
The shrinkage and warpage calculation is a standard part of our CAE package. It enables us to take precautions in the injection mold to avoid shrinkage-related problems at a later stage. - Documentation of parameters for process reliability
