We manufacture in small batches and offer a wide range of materials. Our many years of experience in processing high-performance plastics and our 3-shift operation enable extreme flexibility and short response times. The customer is always our primary focus.
Digital process monitoring and comprehensive machine park
Our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) enables precise planning and ensures transparency in production by monitoring, recording and archiving process data, which increases process reliability. Our extensive machine park, primarily equipped with Arburg machines and a wide range of peripheral devices, enables us to react flexibly to any individual requirement or special solution. Our in-house maintenance department ensures regular machine maintenance and the calibration of measuring systems to reduce or avoid downtimes.
Variety of materials Stable material supply thanks to proven partnerships
We ensure a secure supply of materials through close and long-term cooperation with our suppliers. Our broad range of more than 200 different thermoplastics primarily includes engineering plastics and high-performance plastics.
Competitive advantages offered by our production facility
Our production facilities are especially designed for the processing of high-performance plastics. We achieve cylinder temperatures of up to 450°C and can realise mold temperature control of up to 250°C. In addition, we offer a wide range of colours, whereby we can process all colours according to RAL, Pantone or customer samples. Furthermore, we are capable of processing materials with extremely high filler content of up to 70%. Through close collaboration with material manufacturers, we develop our own customized materials and formulations that are precisely tailored to the individual requirements of our customers and their products.

For us, the production process does not end with injection moulding. As a comprehensive full-service provider, we also take care of all subsequent production steps.
